Integrated Water Services adds reverse osmosis muscle through a Sciens-backed Texas acquisition.

Integrated Water Services has completed its acquisition of Advanced Equipment and Services, a Houston based provider of reverse osmosis and water purification systems. The deal closed on August 7, adding reverse osmosis and desalination capabilities to a portfolio already built around modular process water, wastewater treatment, and reuse systems.

Advanced Equipment and Services designs containerized systems, a format increasingly favored by semiconductor and other industrial water users who need to deploy treatment capacity fast, without the lengthy custom engineering timelines that larger builds typically demand.
